For those in this battle: I want to lift you up in prayer for strength - strength to persevere in this battle, not against flesh, not against people, but against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. May each morning bring renewed energy to put on the full armor of God and reclaim what the enemy has stolen. In times of discouragement, may each person remember that greater is He that is in me, than he that is in the world. You have given us mighty tools in God for pulling down strongholds and casting down arguments. We praise you, Lord, that you are already working in casting down wrong-minded arguments made by legislators and DHS. We stand firm in your purpose and your will and wait in eager expectation of what your work will accomplish for the families, you treasure so dearly, through us. Lord we pray your words that every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God would be brought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, we pray that obedience and captivity for members of CPR, for legislators name by name, for the Governor, Tim Pawlenty, for those who oppose us in DHS, for everyone we come into contact with. We pray now that our efforts would be used by you to restore broken and beaten-down individuals and restore to families, who the enemy has taken through authorities who have sought to exalt themselves rather than You. We ask this in Jesus mighty name, Amen Submitted by Kirstin B, March 13, 2004, second wife |
