Opt Out Policy for Title IV-D Services
On 5/12/04 The Minnesota Department
of Human Services released a Bulletin outlining how your local child support
office is to implement IV-D Child Support case closure effective 7/1/04 or if
the case is not closed they will apply an 1% user fee for child support
services. (The applicant for services pays the 1% fee and the applicant
